Glenn Beck's "The Plan" Rally, August 2010 in Washington, DC

Start Today making your plan to attend this Historic Event in Washington, DC.

Glenn Beck "The Plan" Rally at Lincoln Memorial
Washington, DC
August 28th, 2010
10 AM - 4 PM

For those of you that were fortunate enough to experience the 9.12 March on DC
This past September will surely want to be in Washington for the 2010 Rally.

The one thing I wanted was to be in the same Hotel with my
Fellow Tea Party Friends.
This next year, we have made arrangements for all of us
to do just that.

And by planning this far in advance, we will have the Best
Location.
Also, we have arranged for tour buses to carry anyone that
would like to ride.

Some will fly to Washington, others may want to drive,
but if you would like to leave the driving to a professional,
we have the ride for you.

As we get closer to leaving we will set up
US Capitol tours, Library of Congress, White House, etc

There's only one ruler in this country and that is the Super Rich who pay the salaries of Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Bill Oreily. Their mission is simple to keep the poor Whites and Blacks at each other.

The Whites are so busy trying to separate themselves from the Blacks they forget there's a grand canyon hole between them and the rich that is growing bigger everyday in this recession.

The Blacks are so focused on this "Racism" that is caused by Whites trying to separate themselves from Blacks they get caught in emotional things like people saying the word nigger.

The Rich who run this country know that if poor Blacks and Whites ever join they will be too much for them too handle. How so? The American Revolution. The real Tea Party was Blacks and Whites together and so was all the other violent revolts that lead up to that throughout the 17th century.

^^^ You mean the 18th century, but I see your point.

I do agree that we focus too much attention and waste too much energy on things that will pretty much always be there. Racism is a learned behavior. That's like expecting someone to unlearn how to read and write.

The other day I received a message from this recruiter on LinkedIn asking me if I would be interested in a position in their company. So I call her one morning and get her voicemail. She calls back about 30 minutes later. When I tell her what I was calling in reference to, she tries to act brand new on me like she has no idea what I'm talking about. Then she tells me she's in a conference and will call me back later. Why even take the time to return a phone call if you're in a conference and are too busy to talk? Needless to say she never called back. I figured she wasn't expecting me to black even though I seemed qualified on paper. Looking on the company's website where they have mini biographies of all of their employees (it's a small company, less than 100 employees), there wasn't a single black face on there. I'm not sure if I would have even been comfortable working there anyway being the only black face.

The moral of the story is, I started to fire up an angry email throwing "the race card" at her, but I just let it go because it wouldn't have gotten me anywhere anyway. And who knows what other corporate recruiters she knows. I didn't want to give myself a bad name with one and have a [bad] reputation precede me to others.
