this is directed at nobody in particular...but its not running, its called defense. Mess around and try to throw haymakers and end up like Muhammed Ali, Roy Jones, Riddock Bowe, etc.

Its like cats wanna punish Mayweather for being so good defensively. Fool, who WANTS to get hit?

I guess my problem is I always watched boxing matches to see guys fight. Roy Jones used to be a defensive genius back in the day who didn't take much punishment, but his fights were entertaining to me.

Roy jones also got knocked the hell out several times and tarnished his legacy. His defense always sucked he was just quicker than others. Once he lost his quickness he became a punching bag

I honestly think Roy's problem was when he went up to win the heavyweight title. He ended up having to cut a lot of weight to get back down to light heavy so he could fight Tarver and he was never the same fighter after that.

His chin is also suspect. Boxers figured that out and started giving him a run for his money.
