Is anyone even checking for this anymore?
There is :12 snippet floating around too. Don't bother looking for it though. It's the weakest snippet I've ever heard in my life. They should have just had Dr. Dre cough off of hitting some chronic on the mic with Jay-Z smacking his lips with an 808 kick. That would've been more fulfilling than those seconds of the theme song to Spartacus that's online.

:12 snippet? I hate all those teasers....like when rappers put out a thirty second trailer/preview of their new video? Da fuck...just release the shit..its not that serious.
And as far as Detox goes..I'd like to hear it, but i'm not anxiously waiting or nothing. As far as producers who rap goes....I still think Kanye is the greatest artist in that genre so far. I'd be more excited to hear Dre just give away the beats and let the "ghostwriters" spit on it..since its gonna be their rhymes anyway.....

I'm probably the biggest Dre fan of anybody but I'm not even thinking about it until I see it wrapped in plastic at DTLR on the 9.99 rack. Until then, the CD does not exist to me.
Its gonna be an automatic let down b/c its impossible to match the anticipation and this amount of delays. When it comes out, you will have to listen to it as if you didn't know it was coming out to be able to judge accurately.
Although I still bump "Topless" w/ T.I. and Nas...thats my type of song to the T right there

If you follow Dre's trend, he only drops an album every 10 years. The rest of the time he just produces for everybody else. I kinda figured that this was what he was gonna do. But unless this shit is that fire, I don't even care cuz it has been way too long since 2001 and I grew outta that phase. He think niggas gonna be sweatin him for 10 years to come out with some new shit, not me.

judging by topless and the other reference tracks I'd say it should definately be solid....... he wouldn't really have to do much but bring everybody together to make it bang........
